Ordering & sizing

How do I choose a size? Each product page has a size chart right under the size selector. If you're between sizes or unsure, email info@footie-elite.com and we'll help.

Pickup

How do I get my order? Footie Elite is pickup only. Pickup is free on weekends, 9am–12pm, at Westmount High School.

How long until my order is ready? About 5 business days. Every order is quality-checked and prepared with care, then we email you when it's ready for weekend pickup.

Do you ship? No — we're pickup only right now. Outside Montréal and need an option? Email info@footie-elite.com and we'll see what we can do.

Returns

Can I return or refund a shirt? All shirts are final sale — no refunds, since each order is prepared to order. If you received the wrong item or there's a genuine defect, email us within 7 days of pickup and we'll make it right.

The shop & the programs

Is this the same team as the Footie Elite programs? Yes — same coaches, same team. We run pro-coached youth soccer classes, camps, and private training across six Montréal-area locations. Every purchase supports the programs. For program info and registration, visit footie-elite.com.
